Grilled pork chop with orange butter

Ingredients


4 duBreton boneless center loin pork chops
5 ml (1 tsp.) salt
3 ml (1/2 tsp.) ground black pepper
60 ml (4 tbsp.) butter, softened
65 ml (1/4 cup) orange juice concentrate, thawed
5 ml (1 tsp.) chili powder
3 ml (1/2 tsp.) cayenne_
1 ml (1/4 tsp.) ground cumin
Orange zest
  1. Season chops with salt and pepper; set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, beat together butter, concentrate, chili powder, cayenne, cumin and orange zest.
  3. Grill or broil chops over medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  4. Serve each chop with a spoonful of orange butter.
