Greek-style pork chops

Ingredients


15 ml (1 tbsp.) dried oregano
30 ml (2 tbsp.) lemon juice
5 ml (1 tsp.) grated lemon zest
1 clove garlic, crushed
3 ml (1/2 tsp.) salt
1 ml (1/4 tsp.) freshly ground black pepper
4 duBreton center cut pork chops, bone-in (French style), 2 cm (3/4-inch) thick
90 g (3 ounces) crumbled feta
30 ml (2 tbsp.) diced roasted red pepper
  1. Prepare medium-hot fire in kettle-style grill.
  2. Combine oregano, lemon juice, zest, garlic, salt and pepper.
  3. Rub both sides of chops with seasoning and grill over direct heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, until nicely browned.
  4. Serve garnished with feta and red pepper.
