Ingredients


4 duBreton center cut pork chops, bone-in (French style), 2 cm (3/4-inch) thick
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 ml (1/4 tsp.) each salt and pepper
10 ml (2 tsp.) olive oil
65 ml (1/4 cup) balsamic vinegar
30 ml (2 tbsp.) honey
  1. Rub chops with garlic and season on both sides with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat; brown chops on both sides, about 3 minutes per side.
  3. Lower heat to medium-low.
  4. Add vinegar and honey to pan; cook and stir just long enough to coat pork chops, about 1 minute.
