- Place pork chops in large self-sealing bag; combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops.
- Seal bag and refrigerate at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Prepare medium-hot fire in grill
- Remove chops from marinade (discard marinade) and grill over direct heat for 7 minutes, until nicely browned; turn and brown other side, about 7 to 8 minutes.
- Serve hot from grill.
