Pork cutlets gorgonzola

Ingredients


4 pieces duBreton pork loin cutlets
5 ml (1 tsp.) garlic pepper
5 ml (1 tsp.) olive oil
125 ml (1/2 cup) beef broth
65 ml (1/4 cup) dry red wine
45 ml (3 tbsp.) crumbled Gorgonzola or other blue cheese
  1. Season pork pieces with garlic pepper.
  2. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sauté pork just until lightly browned, about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Remove pork from pan and keep warm.
  5. Add broth and wine to skillet, scraping up any brown bits in bottom of pan.
  6. Cook over high heat, stirring, until reduced and slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  7. Spoon pan sauce over pork and top with cheese.
