Ingredients

  • Boneless loin chop, center cut
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) salt
  • 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) ground black pepper
  • 60 ml (4 tbsp.) butter, softened
  • 65 ml (1/4 cup) orange juice concentrate, thawed
  • 5 ml (1 tsp.) chili powder
  • 3 ml (1/2 tsp.) cayenne
  • 1 ml (1/4 tsp.) ground cumin
  • Orange zest

Directions

  1. 1.Season chops with salt and pepper, set aside.
  2. 2.In small bowl, beat together butter, concentrate, chili powder, cayenne, cumin and orange zest.
  3. 3.Grill or broil chops over medium-high heat for about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  4. 4.Serve each chop with a spoonful of orange butter.
