
Ingredients
- 180 mL (¾ c.) of chili sauce
- 125 mL (½ c.) of barbecue sauce
- 45 mL (3 tbsp.) of hot pepper jelly
- ½ onion, diced finely
- 1 duBreton Kielbasa Fully Cooked Sausage
- Mini-burger buns
Preparations
- In a saucepan, combine the chili sauce, barbecue sauce, jelly and onion. Bring to a boil.
- Slice the sausage into thick rounds, add to the sauce and simmer for 10–15 minutes.
- Serve as a main dish in mini-burger buns with pickels or an appetizer with toothpicks.
