Despite Canada’s current agricultural framework, which is requires mandatory participation by producers, imposes constraints that limit organic progress, and fails to adequately support modern-day innovation, duBreton continues to prove that organic farming drives growth and adaptation in the agri-food system. “The antiquated mechanisms the system is built on, create roadblocks for modern day producers and prohibit consumer access to high quality, agricultural products.
