Lettuce tacos with ham

Ingredients

Homemade guacamole:

  • 1 avocado, peeled
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of lime or lemon juice
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp.) of fresh chopped cilantro
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper

 

  • 12 large Boston lettuce leaves
  • 2 packages of duBreton Organic Classic White Ham
  • 60-80 mL (¼ - 1/3 c.) of salsa
  • 250 mL (1 c.) of grated cheese

 

Preparations

  1. In a bowl, crush the avocado pulp with a fork.
  2. Add lime juice and cilantro and season to taste.
  3. Garnish the lettuce leaves with ham, guacamole, salsa and cheese.
  4. Fold up and serve.
