Ingredients
- 250 ml (1 cup) homemade or store bought grilled red and/or yellow peppers
- 1 to 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 10 ml (2 tsps.) olive oil or pepper oil
- 60 ml (1/4 cup) fresh chopped parsley
- 22 ml (1 1/2 tbsps.) drained capers
- 2 65g packages of duBreton Chorizo Dry Sausage
- Shavings of firm cheese to taste
Preparations
- Using a bowl, mix all ingredients with the exception of the dry sausage.
- Place slices on a serving platter and garnish with pepper mixture.
- If desired, garnish with cheese shavings.
