Shell pasta salad with black forest ham

15 mins of preparation + 10 cooking time 4 to 6 servings

Ingredients

  • 375 mL (1-1/2 cups) of small shell or other pasta
  • 1 - 125 g (4 oz.) package of duBreton Sliced Smoked Ham Black Forest, diced
  • 500 mL (2 cups) of cucumber, cubed
  • 500 mL (2 cups) of carrot, grated
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) of mayonnaise or plain yogourt
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of Dijon mustard
  • 15 mL (1 tbsp.) of honey
  • Salt and fresh ground pepper

Preparations

  1. Cook the shell pasta following the package directions. Drain and rinse under cold water to chill.
  2. Transfer to a large bowl and add the remaining ingredients.
  3. Mix well and adjust the seasoning. Serve.
